This pair of beautiful islands is located 40 kilometers south-east of Phuket and has become justifiably famous for its specular rock formations rising from the turquoise seas. The Andaman sea is fast catching up to such traditional sailing destinations such as the Caribbean and Mediterranean with a reputation for excellent sail and boat cruising. The winds are good during many months of the year, anchorages are scattered through out the spectacular scenery. The water is warm and clear and very inviting. You will also encounter local fisherman who are friendly and can offer you the purchase of fresh fish and other seafood.
