Library is located adjacent to the spa, the Library provides a quiet, reflective corner open to the gardens with books, magazines, newspapers, games and a number of DVD’s for loan. For those traveling light, there are also two computer terminals permanently connected to the internet for use by guests. Tea, coffee and juices may be ordered. |

These include dumbbells, barbells, a Smith press, a seated row/lift machine, hyperextension trainer and a pull-up/leg raise frame. There are also polymeric balls, Bosu balance trainers, and yoga mats. Please note, there are no treadmills or stationary bicycles (but the beach and mountain bicycles are always available).
