- A minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is required during 20 Dec.'08 - 15 Jan.'09.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner will be applied on New Year's Eve (31 Dec.'08).
- Child above 10 years old will be charged as adult.

- Stay 4 nights, pay only 3 nights (breakfast for free night not included).
- No maximum free nights.
- Compulsory breakfast on free nights will be charged at 380 THB per adult per meal & 280 THB per child per meal and it is also pre-paid. Total charge will be advised once receive a reservation.
- Third person is not applicable on free nights and is chargeable as normally rate.
